In our store, you don't have to worry about the chosen size not fitting or failing to meet your expectations in any other way. Thanks to the integration of our store with cheap InPost Parcel Locker returns, you can shop without stress or fear that returning purchased goods will be an ordeal.
According to applicable law, you have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. Therefore, if the product does not meet your expectations, you can send it back to us within 14 days from the date of withdrawal. All returns in our store are handled by a very simple returns wizard, which allows you to send back a return parcel via InPost Parcel Locker.
We have chosen InPost as our trusted partner for return shipments due to:
- Simple process for returning goods – select the items to return or claim, generate and print a parcel label, then drop it off at any Parcel Locker in Poland (please note that the generated label is valid for 30 days);

Details regarding the return process steps:

Log in to your account, and then in the returns panel, select the item you would like to return;

In the following steps, select the return by clicking the "I will use the store's shipments" option and choosing the form in which you want to receive the refund;

Generate return documents along with address labels, then print them and make sure to sign the return document;

Place the packed goods along with the return document into the shipping box and seal it well. You can use the box in which you received the ordered items. Go to any InPost Parcel Locker, where you can send the parcel quickly and conveniently, 24/7. Remember that the parcel dimensions cannot exceed 41 x 38 x 64 cm and a weight of 25 kg.

We will issue the refund, in the form selected in the returns wizard, within 14 days from the day we were informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. Usually, however, it takes less time. We may withhold the refund until we receive the items back or until you provide proof of having sent them back.
The above procedure is not a condition for exercising the statutory right of withdrawal from the contract and does not limit it in any way.
