Use of

Apply micellar lotion to a cotton pad and gently wipe the skin of the eyes, face and neck. For heavy eye makeup, place the soaked pad on the eyelids and wait a while. Do not rub. Micellar liquid as a makeup remover is recommended for evening use to remove color cosmetics. After using it, use a cleansing product designed for washing the face.
